does anyone know any lobang to repair old watches? I emailed city chain of my 1979 titus watch & they just say they don't have the spare parts (dun blame them) but they din even tell me how much the watch is worth now.. if it's working.

The same can happen to other vintage watches from luxury brands such as Omega, Rolex, Patek... I ever came across a real case whereby a gentleman seek repair help from JW because Omega no longer have the spare parts to repair a 1970s ladies constellation watch.

The worth of any vintage watch depends on prevailing market demand. If there is a high demand for a 1970s vintage Titus watch or a particular series or design, then the resell value will be high...

if not... then sadly, its only worth a couple of bucks

Really does look better without the cyclops.
On a tropic 39 aftermarket crystal used on the 1665 great white. The dome is crazy.

Got myself another tropic 19 crystal used on 5513. Shall switch when it comes.
Every switch is $20 bucks service fee. Lol must learn how to do it myself liao.
This is on tropic 19. Less distortion due to lower dome.

Just wondering, where do I go to get an Omega authenticated and serviced? Does the ion boutique offer this? How much would a regular service cost at Omega for a Speedy and if it's under international warranty, will there still be any charges? Thanks in advance!

What speedy? What movement? Can go direct to omega service centre at harbourfront. Not sure if they moved.
I think Cal.1861 will cost 1k plus just to service.
Authenticate verbally can be done via checking of the serial number. Not sure still free.
If wanna open and check movement, there will be charged involved.
