Some ideas how to clean leather strap from chilli stain? It leave an darker shade on the strap despite trying 5 times to rub it away ..

Don't think you'll be able to rub off the oils if your strap was unvarnished. But that's part of the 'beauty' of leather straps I guess?

If the stain has absorbed into the leather, it is really difficult to remove and only leather cleaning professionals "may" remove the stain and it can prove to be more costly then what the strap is worth.

Another option is to re-dye the strap to a darker colour?

The stain seem like "inside" the leather ..maybe realli impossible to get rid of ..

Did you use the spring bar from the original bracelet or were additional ones included with the strap?

If the underside of your strap is of the same colour, then you can do a test clean in a un-noticeable area and see if it darkens, etc.
