Zenith El Primero Original 1969 38mm FTW!!

Unfortunately I think the ship has sailed for the 38mm 1969. While I do like it, it is pretty hard to get a hold of it without importing it. Also, there's no way for me to try it out before purchasing as I can't find it anywhere in SG.

Recently though, another piece caught my eye and it's like love at first sight. Hope I can secure a deal for it soon :).

Are they discontinuing the 36? Cause I just turned down one at an excellent price and I'm gonna go bang wall now if they do.

Tudor is really going downhill. BB36 is now released as 41mm. A 2-tone black gold Black Bay as well. I thought the Pelagos/Rose-logo Black Bay will kickstart a new era for Tudor. Apparently not lol.

Not sure if it's discontinuing. I just know that there's a new BB that looks exactly the same as the BB36 but at 41mm.

I would look into getting a 36mm Explorer instead. Had the bb36 for a few months but it really didn't click for me.

Boys and girls, serious question.

I'm considering getting a GMT or worldtime watch. Basically when I travel to countries where their time is different from SG time.

I don't want a rolex nor an AP nor a PP. My budget is around 12k sgd. Cheaper suggestions also welcome.

Any recommendations?

I have no idea why but somehow I'm not an Omega fan.

Grand Seiko....maaaaybe.

I'm more inclined towards JLC. I searched online here and there and realise they have quite a few worldtime watches.

Any particular JLC ones you all like or feel is worth it (eg good movement, can retain value etc)

Frederique Constant or Nomos worldtimer ? Should be well within your budget. Not sure about JLC worldtimer but my guess is it will be above ur budget.
