Oh wow, look at the new Grand Seikos. So clean, so simple, so perfect. The epitome of a classic mechanical piece.

Also, going forward, all Grand Seiko watches will simply have "Grand Seiko" written on the dial. No more Seiko on the dial. A good decision in my opinion.

Matched color date wheel doesn't work when three a round marker at 7. It a better balance in this context.

The new GS are nice but I think too much vintage influences. I still prefer snowflake or the sunburst gmts.

The new Seikos are Baselworld 2017. Pretty neat. Unsure what is that last diver. Looks like the case of a 62MAS. Very nice. Along with the cocktail presage.
