the one with leather/bracelet comes with yellow needles instead of Red needles

But Chief prefers red

My honest opinion is get what makes you happy. Taste is subjective.

In terms of value and pricing, I think this watch isn't going to give you sleepless nights because you aren't looking at it as a grail or legacy watch.
