This thread always got monster order. Think Elshan might as well just make a post to offer special price right away next time lol! So did this MO beat the Mori record? :D

wont break mori bah! Mori is priced very well for people to jump in.
this one cost more cuz of the meteorite and swiss mvmt! which to me still damn solid deal!

Yeah, I guess it's a decent price for what it is. :)

Anyways, had to send in my Baby Tuna to Mr Goh over the weekend - first time encountering a watch running so fast, ~60-90 seconds/day. Wonder if it's magnetised, but apparently magnetised watches run wayyy faster. :s22:

Should be magnetized ba. I had a watch that was running 1-2 min faster per day. Did a quick fix with the demagnetizet

Ya think when magnetized, they become sticky springs (stick to each other), so shorter coil and recoil cycle hence much faster

And it worked well after that? Thing is,I tried the Lepsi app and it gave erratic results on both the tuna and SKX. And the SKX is running fine , about -5 seconds per day. It's **** when hardly wound up though.

Basically I bought a demagnetizer right from ebay, detached the straps and place the watch on the surface of it. When you switch it on, press the red button and you will feel vibrations. With that leave it for 5-10 seconds and slowly, lift the watch up and away so as to allow the watch to detach itself from the field of magnetism.

Now there are tutorials that mentioned that you should let the watch run out of juice before doing the process but I didn't and it work out fine.

Lastly, get yourself a compass to see if the field has totally been removed. If it has, it will not have any affect on the magnetic poles.

Kermit (esp the early MK1 and MK2 with flat 4 insert) are getting more desirable.

But dont bet on it for the "Hulk" k.. having a much longer production time.. we may not live to see a multi fold increase a la the current vintage subs and daytonas.

Once its discon, u could prob just be irritated with some **S brand launching a Hulk homage too. Dont fret tho, looking at its oversized remake of the PN 6241 and the distorted 6538, bereft of originality, totally laughable. Of course, these will also definitely C some diehart fanboys.

If you like the hulk, buy it and wear it bro.

my beater today.. jumping in the faded insert trend.
