I have the same tool, the forks break very easily. Spares are included, but my old Black Bay springbars murdered all but the last pair.

The silver one (normal U1) has no Black Hard Coating (Sinn's version of PVD) U1 SDR has Black Hard Coating but only on the bezel
AFAIK onlly U1 S & U1 S E (current models) and U1 Black, U1 White, U1 Tempus & U1-D (all LE) have full Black Hard Coating

Prefer the Sinn that Ayuready bro bought compared to the silver one. The black and red combo is really chio. GXGX!
