Happy for you bro. Take your time, no hurry. I only started watches during 30s.

End game for me already

thank you, bro Thai_Rak_Thai! :D

end game with your PP aquanaut?

you're more an elegant dress watch gentleman, but do you plan to collect the iconic 62MAS re-edition in the form of the SLA017/SBDX019?

bros, as a rolex noob, my cursory research into my polar exp II revealed that for a very brief period/production run, the 16570 came with BOTH a holes case AND SELs, before it transitioned finally to a NON holes case & SELs.

that led me to erroneously assumed that the same may have happened to the 14060M. unfortunately, it appears that the 14060M NEVER had SELs.

major, MAJOR bummer! :(

i like the minimalist, no date, 2-liner dial of the 14060M. but i rather have a SEL rolex sub to match with my SEL polar exp II.

which means i'm left with the the 16610 sub date if i want a black dial rolex sub with similar case/lug size and SELs as my 16570 polar exp II.

OR flip my z series NO holes case SEL 16750 for a holes case, non-SEL, dead tritium 16570 polar exp II to match with an equally dead tritium, non-SEL, rattly 14060. (which i haven't warm up to).

arrrrrggggghhhhhhh.......... stupid 1st world problems.

lol its confusing isn't it.

a lot of the rolex collectors are the epitome of what I consider "cosmetic collectors" ... they care about cosmetics of the dial, hands, errors, and pay a lot for such rarities.

me i actually like the rolex movement. if i had an exp II with 3186 collectors, I would upgrade to exhibition caseback because it is substantially better movement. of course must be verified by rolex. not some franken watch lah.

can i ask pros here, if your manual watch after winding it, it wont move directly but must wait for a couple of mins to start. i bring it to the service center with this problem and it was sent back to me stated that the watch is working fine. any one have this kind of problems before?

My manual watch only got 2 hands so I can't see the problem. Lol.

The other manual got like 3 sec lag time like you described

Is it a mark or scratch, is there a groove?

If it's residual metal, can try those magic erasing sponge. White color one.

I just try on the GSs and ask for price. Never did really bother with them.

Can also try World Of Watches II in Wisma for GSs.

ya, I rather get from WOW2 or seiya/omicron.
Recently got a guy PI through indo, pricing looks good
