It's the Omega Speedy Tuesday announced in January this year. Limited to 2012 pieces. Comes with a leather and nato strap. No bracelet.

Wish to get a decent watch for my brother when he starts work in the civil service. May I ask for some recommendations which are decent, not overly flashy (for someone in govt service) and hold value?

Budget around 15k. Happier to spend less. Am thinking of the new omega as stated above! Can someone share the price and how to get it?

You don't need to spend so much if all you want is a decent watch. Hold value ...ahah! Buy from grey, used or stick to rolex steel models. I dont see anything special about being in the civil service, unless you mean it should not be gaudy but serious. 15k watch is entering into grail territory and more for someone to gift themselves, too much for a gift for others where there is risk he won't see the point of spending 15k on it. I believe you can keep it to 4-digits.
