According to online forums, Hamilton now is under Swatch group, joining Tissot. This Calibre H-10 movement references the Powermatic 80 (ETA C07.111) movement made by Tissot and Certina which is based off ETA2824-2.
H-10 operates at a lower BPH of 21,600 (3Hz) as compared to ETA2824-2's 28,800 BPH (4Hz). This gives H-10 a means to generate 80 hours power reserve as compared ETA2824-2's 30ish to 40 hours power reserve, with very slightly less smooth sweeping second hand.
People also speculated the H-10 follows the footsteps of Powermatic 80, which uses plastic pallet fork and escapement wheel. Also, there are claims that H-10 will not make it easy for our favourite watchmakers to regulate the movement accuracy.

Only Hamilton / swatch can fix problems encountered by customers on these H-10 movement.
That said, there are claims of H-10 movement being very accurate of +/- five seconds a day if it is a good piece.
The Hamilton Field Khaki Automatic H70455533 is very handsome looking. If I have not gotten my ETA2824-2 movement Hanowa Swiss Automatic for around the same price first, I would have picked up the Hamilton.
