Guys now need another sharing of your ideas.

AP Royal Oak Blue Dial 41mm vs the AP Royal Oak Blue Dial Extra-Thin 39mm. Which would you get and why? For historical heritage of course the extra thin 39mm but its quite a fair bit more expensive and smaller which I feel doesn't look as nice.

Any ideas bros and sis?

This has to be the most asked question by buyers of the RO. You can find quite a concentrated deposit of views on the rolex forums \ audemars piguet here:

https://www.rolexforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=38

Most will say the 39mm ultra thin 15202. I would agree in the sense that the 41mm 15400 seconds hand seems to spoil the dressy-ness of it. I associate a seconds hand with a dive watch.

If you want to combine your earlier liking for the ROO you can go with what I went for, the diver on bracelet. Has more presence due to its size, tad bit less dressy but easily dressed up. Wrist size should be 16cm and up imo.

Sunday at the movies for me today.

虽然是90年代的杂牌,其简单设计,机芯配置,却可以耐上20+年,不错不错!

Thank you for your kind words. You are correct, Ed.YEO. This model uses ETA2892 movement and was assembled in Germany. Unfortunately, I has to replace the broken mainspring with a new one not long ago plus do a full service at the same time. Maybe because the watch's old mainspring did not unwind properly due to age.

I love this Ascaday gold watch looks great, made in Germany with Swiss automatic movement.

Go to hk and get it. Standard 10% off to 12%.

Tax free as well. So u can save at least 3k in hk. It's pretty easy to find...Unless u are looking for stainless

Had it once.
