Bought datejust for $5k now maybe $7k brand new due to money depreciation

Pricing on the high side for datejust, but which shop you buy from? 5K can get used explorer 1 or explorer 2 if lucky.

wah that time i got my AP RO dual time i got roughly 33% off. For 15400ST i was qiven 28% off... only offshore models are more popular i think only 20% off... After having really bad experience with AP's QC and even their service centre doesnt give me that good impression.. Totally not in the same level as Rolex and Patek.. I still like their RO steel bracelet though ....

AP service centre ppl see us no up.
Need to remind them they're service staff.
Ya. Insane. I think I go back to buying preowned.
AD pissed me off
28% insane. That time RO not popular yet.
And AP movement are known for issues after awhile.

Yes they dun smile at all and have the struck up face.. Nvm my model no fake one still use a loupe to see my watch.. But I guess the flaws of that watch is too obvious she thought is fake one... Lol

haha i heard alot of horror stories from AP service centre.
Singapore after sales service still lacking.

NB, as a service staff, if you cannot tell a fake AP or real AP by touching, you go die sua.
everyday handle AP also cannot tell meh.
use loupe lol fail.

no wonder people after warranty ends, flip the AP
the servicing not worth it.

Black sub is too common lar.. get the hulk or the new 43mm sea dweller.. price has drop to resonable level..

no budget for hulk haha..

Any Credor owners here? I don't see them much around, but they do really produce nice timepieces and the finishes is more or less comparable to a GS.

You are the 2nd credor owner after all these years (4+ years)

I would say Credor goes much higher end (e.g. credor tourbillon fugaku and eichi have been compared to the best the swiss has to offer). The design language is also quite different. Credor is more dressy. Normal versions the quality are more or less similar between them IMO. Credor uses GS movement also and they have many quartz pieces.
