There is some markup, yes, for the ADs. But with AD discount typically you can get significantly lower prices than the online price.

Any idea how much discount the ADs can give?

Only 3 movement choice. I would go for manual and date no date.

if i'm going out field, no choice, bracelet.
leather strap for days when I'm sitting in office.

wet tissue to wipe clean, then dicon strap shine before storing the watch in the box
