the new sumo green matches his Blue Lagoon Turtle ;)

actually cannot stand Seiko now, keep coming out with so many editions...whoever buy first will not get the best colours :s13:

And their GS, those golden hands are not even real gold right, for $8k!
Ok, enough ranting :s13:

Indeed! I thought if I wait a lil while, I might just get the black turtle instead. :s13:

No, need to buy a MM300 first, missed it hell.

I'm sure I speak for most here when I say we also miss your orgasmic MM300 shots. :)

One thing I'm still puzzled is why certain MM300 has thicker marker "borders" while others (like the Gnomon ones) have thinner ones..

Not sure what you are referring to. Perhaps is the slight diff btw the 001 and 017.

I could feel that the 001 is heavier than the 017, didn't have the chance to weigh them though, maybe just my imagination.

I mean the circled area of the hour marker outlines. There is clearly a difference of thickness of the outlines between some pieces, even though both photos are of the SBDX017.

Oic, the above one is 001 or 017?

Apparently It's a 017 as well:

https://www.google.com.sg/amp/s/amp.reddit.com/r/Watches/comments/3xzfog/seiko_prospex_my_marinemaster_300m_sbdx017/

I've seen photos of other 017s with either thick or thin marker outlines as well, so that got me curious.
