Oh yes how could I forget the Explorer! It’s my favourite actually. But 36mm is the way to go for an Exp in my opinion!

I suspect if you give it a year or so, prices will come down a little. Hard to say at this point though..

Thanks! I actually like the gold accents on the bezel. Gives the watch more warmth and it blends in with the hands.

Regarding the topic on price, 4896 is the actual retail price. No discounts to be had now since demand is very high and stocks are limited. Probably another 1.5-2yrs before they are available for walk-in purchase with slight discount I guess.

Purchased a BB58 at a local Tudor Roadshow today and it’s awesome! Perfect vintage feel with solid modern construction. Wearability is excellent, and it wears like a pre-Ceramic Sub. I’m really surprised by the thickness. At 11.9mm, it’s even thinner than a Ceramic Sub. I can’t wait before Tudor releases more variations using this case.

i doubt it leh, pre ceramic subs are quite small.

The slab-sides make the watch look taller than it is. The 58 is listed as 11.9mm thick, while the 14060 is 12.3mm thick. When I first saw the watch ytd, I was really caught offguard by just how thin it is. More so than what I expected. On the wrist, it’s very light and comfy. Very similar to the 14060 and the 16610, although it’s more towards the former since there’s no cyclops. The BB58 may also look larger because of a slightly bigger dial and lack of teeth on the bezel, which gives it a bigger-looking illusion.
