My wife just couldn’t handle automatic watch, end up always I change the time for her. I got a Cartier tank solo (quartz) for her, I think it generally looks good and classy on ladies, easy to match her clothes. Got it brand new around 3k plus with 15% discount. There’s both leather & bracelet options available, but the bracelet one a bit more expensive.
