New 6119 has sapphire case back what. The old 5196 doesn't have one. :rolleyes:

Did you buy the 5396G? :sneaky:

Nah didn’t buy the 5396G. Totally not worth it buying at retail. It can be had on grey market for 10-20k less. Annual calendar is a huge money losing thing to buy at retail price. Just wanted to try how it looks.

6119 has the hobnails at the edge, makes it too dressy. Prefer the 96 line look better. They don’t have stock for 5196 as well told me it’s now allocation piece will let me know if there’s stock. I expect PP will make a new 96 with 6119’s hand wound movement soon and have a display back then.

Have to wait for next year for either. Wife told me I can only get it if I get my promotion this cycle…
