The crystals on swatches scratch very easily since they are plastic and the rubbery/plastic bands if kept too long may become brittle. I wouldn't wear them if they are part of any collection since finding a replacement bands for such old watches may be tough..
Actually replacement bands for swatch shouldnt be problem.. they are kinda like lego using the standard “system” from the start.. so new straps, bracelets should be compatible..

imho, issues would be more of whether the watch movement itself still can work, any battery corrosion having left in watch for too long and maybe the casing corrosion (though plastic shouldnt)..

Replacement bands are a problem for the special releases, swatch would not be able to replace them with the same band if it's been too long.

If same band then ya la.. for special releases… they may not even have the band available separately to begin with…

Where to find Seiko Speedtimer panda now?

I placed my orders with boutique and few ADs late last year and with a Carousell dealer early this year.

Received the call from the Carousell dealer and collected the watch 2 weeks ago. No sounds from the boutique and ADs till now.

Not the cheapest amongst the Carousell dealers but it's below the RRP.
