Hello fellas long time no come in (about 3 years), as I have stopped pursuing luxury watches. Here now with a question on Casio warranty repair before I take the plunge to get a tough solar bluetooth Casio. I notice the website puts the following pasted below, and when I check their website they list the 11 odd Casio stores, without mention of who are the authorised dealers.

My question is if I get it from those Bras Basah shops (yup have this old school Casio vibe there), will Casio honour the stamps from those stores? I should think so? Just want to be sure.

What will I need to bring when visiting Casio Singapore Service Center for repairs ?

1, If purchased via offline stores (G-shock stores and Casio authorized Dealers' store) : ①+②

①International warranty card with official store stamp
②Casio Singapore warranty certificate with model name, purchasing date and purchase official store stamp information.

2, If purchased via Casio online stores (ONLY Official Casio online store & Lazmall Casio flagship Store):①+②+③

① International warranty card (without official store stamp)
② Casio Singapore warranty certificate with model name and purchasing date information
③ Official Email informing complete of delivery with order No. (Print out copy or able to show when prompted)

By the way the watch is the Casio GW B5600BC-1B

Probably too ley chey to keep updating, so many people sell Casio.

Why not you ask the shop, most of them will be honest. If you worry, can always ask Casio for a list of authorised dealers in the area that you are looking at...

I don't think anyone's advice here would be very helpful, if there is not even a proper official source.

I'm sure some of the shops at Bras Brasah are ADs, but all? Not sure.

Normally gshock won't spoil so easily bah. I have a 13 yo g5600 still working well. Spoil just throw away unless yours is those $1k model

Oh I'm also out of luxury timepieces. Thinking of getting a quartz watch... Or an Oceanus

Sorry noob here. anyone has experience with bestwatch.sg?
Ordered a ploprof from them recently. I was told they have stock, need to pay deposit and watch will arrive in 5 to 10 days. Waited for 10 days, msg the person then he told me stock will only arrive in April but don't know when. But good part is that they are willing to return my deposit when I cancel my order.

Just wondering - does anyone know if the inclusion of ceramic into bioceramic makes a difference to scratch resistance? Lol.

Oceanus is nice. Very good finishing for the price, actually.

Just that I realise that radio control in Singapore is a feature that won't be used. Maybe they should just release one without features, just nice finishing and integrated bracelet and solar. Think it would be popular.
