the whole point of g shock is being really tough watchBut don’t know why Cassio makes such watches so thick
Wow night and day indeed. My eyes have been opened. The finish is incredible. And I love that their bracelets are easy to interchange. I currently have a two watch collection with my Pepsi and blue bb58. Was planning to get a Starbucks as my third but maybe I should just get an overseas dual time instead.Just compare the movements:

Look at that ugly sharp edge on Rolex’s bridge and inner angles that doesn’t have anglage because machine cannot finish those areas. Whereas the VC’s beautiful hand finished movement with anglage everywhere.
also, check out the bracelet on the overseas:

It’s on a different level. The edges are beveled with mirror polish, the exterior flat side is brushed polish, the angled inner sharp edges with the Maltese cross are all mirror polished, so when you move under lighting, the angled edges twinkle under the lights. It’s some crazy workmanship. Not surprised the steel bracelet itself cost $10k+ if you order separately.
I think amongst sports watches, overseas probably has the best finish. Newer nautilus with in-house movement maybe can fight, but AP royal oak is definitely inferior finish wise. So it’s really good value right now without it being as hyped up as the other 2.Wow night and day indeed. My eyes have been opened. The finish is incredible. No significant difference in finishing between these trinity sport watches' movements. All workhorsesI think amongst sports watches, overseas probably has the best finish. Can't go wrong with the 2531.80. That's classic Brosnan era Bond right there!
Should I buy this or quartz seamaster?
It is a nice bond watch. actually, I have always wanted a Swiss made watch. And my birthday is coming a few months, so I like omega as a watch company with deep history. Therefore I saw this seamaster and thought this is great looking watch that I can consider to buy.Get the quartz seamaster as it seems to be in your mind for awhile. Maybe you just need a push factor like another friend telling you to go for it. Earlier you get it more time to enjoy and bond with your watch.
