Where's the best place to get tissots watches? I checked out Vincent watches and they say standard 15% discount. How about bencoolen? Or all watches at lucky plaza?

Checked out Sincere - 20% + 5%

Thanks for the update.

I'm partial to both brands. Both have their merits. I'll be happy to own either of their watches. :)
Some of Omega time pieces looks really good, like the new Speedmaster 57 with the bi-compax dial.

That is the kind of thinking mindfugging a lot of people. Not just on watches, also other areas in aspects of life. Glad I am not one of them.

Sometimes, I feel lonely in this world because not a lot of like minded people like me. Only once in a while, will meet like minded people. But I never seek acceptance from others, cause I know in terms of thoughts, I am above them. To wait and seek approval means to waste time. Everyday I strive to do more than yesterday.

The common crows will never appreciate the flight of the crane.

I'm sure I speak for all of us peasants here when I say that it is truly an honour to have a living saint here among us. We know you are above us all, we are not worthy. The common crows will never appreciate the flight of the dodo.

Try declaring it as a gift.

Depends on the model. After all, movement aside (which you may not even see), ultimately the look of the watch must please you.

amazon won't help to declare as a gift i think.

thanks bro

I inquired today at JEM Vincent watches. They told me all variants were out of stock but will arrive in a couple of days. Price range quoted was ~$890 to $1300 before discount.

There's a discount of 15% as mentioned above.

i am gonna try allwatches at tampines and lucky plaza. see bencoolen also. haha see what kind of discount can they stretch to.

I'm actually looking for the chrono black with leather strap... with the hour markers as "sticks" instead of "dots"

Need some opinions on 2 watches...

Seiko SKA371 Kinetic Diver VS Invicta Pro Diver 9937 (Swiss Movement with Display back)

SKA371P1-large.jpg

INVICTA9937A.jpg

I'm leaning towards the Invicta cos of the movement and looks but most Seiko vs Invicta threads on the net are pointing me towards the Seiko. Major dilemma here, need some help!
