any opinions on rolex sport models on leather straps??


I find rolex bracelets especially polished parts gets scratches very easily

Avoid those models with polished center links?

Or brush those polished portions on your own?

I think Perlon straps go very well with the sport models, but not sure where to find the best Perlons.

I think sports watches should be worn with thick straps if you go leather... Try it! Gives the watch more character

one of the better brands that can execute roman indices well

there is also santos, looks like sportier tank but comes with a bezel. im not sure if they align their bezel screws though like AP, Hublot doesn't and it looks annoying at least to me

shell cordovan nato/zulu? #8 color has a good depth in terms of colour. i love the oily look

also it is the only leather i can thick off that doesn't crease like usual leather when tucking the excess tail. expensive though

natos/zulus look better on bezel-ed sportier watches imo
