only the inner disk (hence the watch's name) rotates, with its cut-out exposing and matching the radial sunburst rainbow colors that make up the watch's chapter ring to indicate hours. nice.
no hacking seconds.
not haute horologe, no fancy anglage, no geneva waves, no gorgeous guilloche, no pretty perlage, but hey, at least orient manufactures their own movements, afaik.
Interesting concept. I like interesting watches.
First heard of orient when I was working in Japan - somewhat unique designs.
