I considered the sarb035 briefly, but like very uncle for my age :( sarb023 the indices like a bit weird for me. Idk why. Just puts me off. Lol if you know me in real life you'll know how fussy I am about things, to the point of annoyance.

haha try to think of it as a having a finer appreciation to proportions :s12:

V tempted to get from grey dealers such as joma and ace jewelers cos their prices are so attractive
Just a friendly caution that there are fake Visodates out there in circulation, complete with fake ETA 2836 movement:

My new Tissot
1168484d1374801082-my-new-tissot-uploadfromtaptalk1374801074519.jpg

this guy was happy with his new Visodate, posted some pics, and eventually found out through the collective wisdom of WUS that he had bought a reasonably well-made, but definitely fake Visodate. It's really hard to tell the fake from the real, unless you know what you're looking for (look carefully at the font of the day and date, and compare it with a genuine one). One would think that a cheap-ish watch like Visodate is not worth faking but ...

That said, Ace Jewelers is an AD so their stuff should be genuine. Joma (and other greys) on the other hand ...

Not sure if places like Sincere or Cortina offer installment plans. But you'll be paying the full RRP plus interest if applicable.

Maybe if you can fork out cash, then can get some savings when you purchase from grey dealers.

Btw, the 351 and 359 are fine pieces! I've got a 312 though. :) good luck!

get the 351, gold hands!

And the light weight titanium case too! The tobacco dial is very alluring.

I'm not so sure about buying from grey dealers. I mean its a +\- 10k watch we are talking about. Therefore I'm quite reluctant to go down this route.

I'm sure there are reputable grey dealers around. But Ty's just me. Don't wanna tie all my cash down.

Tons of straps that you can choose to match the 351!

Sorry, can't help you on ADs that accept installments but there are a few sellers in SG-ROC that are selling the 351 at nice prices.

Good luck!

top up a bit to get visodate loh

$500 can get a classy tissot easily. Nobody had mentioned the LeLocle, not nice? Im actually looking at the award winning COSC edition. Not sure hoot or not.

How often does tissot come out with new classic models huh?

Care to share where can I go look for pre-owned Omega and Rolex in Singapore (both online and dealers)?

sg-roc? Any other places I can go to?

i got my omega speedmaster from HJ watch. their online catalogue is pretty comprehensive so you can browse online before heading down to their shop.

Not trying to insinuate anything, just too lazy to type out a full sentence ;)

What i meant was: Joma and other grey market dealers may unwittingly(?) pass on fake watches as their supply is from "unofficial" or "unauthorised" sources - as you have noted patryn, Joma has been known to have sold fake Visodates before.

Ace, being a Tissot AD, is far more unlikely to pass on fake items.
