My bro got a black Tag Aquaracer at special price $1.9K last year. A nice piece indeed though slightly higher price to HC. :)

i was offered 35% off for the longines and 50% off for the tag..so it was a no brainer..

before anyone asks, its staff discount...

I keep wanting to get a Seiko Monster because of the Lume and rough look, any other watches that fit this bill? Budget can be increased 5 times or so..
If u r a lum freak then continue to search in the seiko range. The diver series r tough enough and have bright lum. Bt dun expect them to last long. They get charge up pretty fast and strong too, and the lum is also nicer than ball tubes. Check out the Seiko tuna, mini tuna, Seiko Sinn, Seiko star gate.

I have check with BIGTime and skywatches. They doesn't have stock for Orient FM00004W. Anyone know any other shop carry Orient watch other than mustafa centre and A-cube timeless? I will go check out A-cube this weekend. Or anyone know any shop in JB carry Orient watch let me know too. Thanks

nice, i nearly bought this but was convinced to get a tag as i was offered a good discount

Yes, i was in same situation , i did tried the aqua racer side by side with hc without looking at the price since i can afford both, lol .

But end up getting hc as i find that the crown is nicer , but both will do for me, it was tough choice .

I agree. I didn't say that anyone should care what anyone else thinks. Still, the fact remains that the designs are boring and old-fashioned. Would you really get much pleasure out of looking at one of those things, even knowing that what is inside is absolutely superb? Design isn't everything, sure. But it isn't nothing, either.

Oh, and if anyone out there wants to give me one, I will gladly accept. Of course, I will sell it immediately and go out and buy three cheaper watches with the proceeds....

About the IWCs I saw: I don't think that they were ladies' watches; I don't think that IWC makes ladies' watches, do they? The ones in question would be way too large for the wrist of any lady I know or would want to know. Might be ok for an ah kwa I guess.

If someone were to give u something so that they can make u a fool and call you names, I doubt they let u sell it. They might also make u wear it every time they see u.

I don't mind, if u mind don't think then too bad if such person exist
