A nautilus with bracelet can be a good candidate as a 1 watch. Elegant enough for the black tie event and rugged enough to go with t shirts and berms. A very refined and expensive 1 watch no doubt.

Thanx pal.
But we all know too well. You can never stop at one when it comes to watches.

The steel version isn't that expensive, averaging about 37k for new.

IMO, reasonably priced.

But hard to find on the market.

jackroad has one though.
let me go try it on locally first. :s13:

any idea which outlet has a physical stock?

So far i've only seen the RG version, you can try it at hourglass knightsbridge branch.

I'm going to head to japan to check out the steel version.if it wears nice, i'll save the extra money instead and get that instead of the RG. The RG is stunning to wear in person though.

IMO, it is extremely classy as a dress watch.

Damn, close to what i paid for my ROO somemore. Tempting!

67k with 10 percent discount.

If i can get a 30 percent, the RG version it is!

I'll definitely share my experience. It's less than a month away already:)

I'm invited this thursday to panerai's event. They've got a workshop for guests to learn how to assemble and disassemble their in house movement.

Will also share pictures from then!

Hello watch fanatics! It's been awhile.. Decided to get iwc or santos 100
The iwc is blue, Portuguese something.. Quoted $9700 after 12+6% discount by Sincere.
Santos quoted $8300 after 5% discount. Looking at this 2 comparison, getting the iwc makes more sense.. As its a gift, will get brand new. Is the IWC quote ok.?

The santos discount by THG is ridiculously low?

Anyone with better lobang can PM me?

I'm terrible plus horrible.. Hubby birthday this sat. Omg!

The discount I am getting is a 3rd-party discount. Think of it as someone giving you 5% cash-back to make purchases at the stores I listed.

In my view, definitely no detriment to your existing relationship with your preferred salesperson. I have PM-ed you my contact number. You can contact me directly if you have questions.

Also, not sure if I mentioned this below, but no minimum or maximum spending is required.

Can someone explain how is this possible?

i'll get the RG version too if theres a 30% disc man......is that leather I see? I really don't want to get one with leather. I sweat easily.
lets see how it sits on my wrist....like i said, the RG models look terrible on me.

we're quite the opposite. I still cannot appreciate Panerai's (and AP ROOs). But will go for Rolex full gold (YG) as it looks good with my skin tone.

Yup, it's the leather version.

We're really quite varied in our preferences! I tend to gravitate more towards watches with leather straps.

The AP skeleton steel may just suit you then. I've checked out pics on instagram and they look really stunning worn.:)

Ya my leather straps rot like once a year. I'll just go to the neighbourhood watch shop and change with a $10 strap.
hmmmm let me check it out. The steel version. Rekindled my interest in skeleton watches. :D

Unfortunately,not that i know of.

They're exceedingly rare. I'll try and check out the AP boutique later and will update.

I'm curious to try it on as well!

But on the front page it's stated no extra charges on credit card usage.
I remember shopping there (was it yodobashi or komehyo....or...?) actually had 免税 counters to refund your taxes in cash on the spot. Had done it quite a few times. Whereas most of them will deduct the 5% tax. I don't remember being added any extra for credit cards usage, but I do remember having some problems with my AMEX. Usually they will ask you for a PIN, but since we have none, just tell them "na-i" or "na-shi" or just hit the enter button. But the AMEX card got repeatedly rejected. I had to call the number on my card and it was still not solved. In the end used my JCB card.

ÅìµþÃæÌ¥á¥ó¥ºÏÓ»þ·×ÀìÌ珠¥¸¥ã¥Ã¥¯¥í¡¼¥É JACKROAD

your Rolex is interesting.... although quite a few times I have seen the certs of preowned rolex in sg are from Japan though. :)

Ah yes I suppose Jack Road operates differently from the shop I went to. I paid mine in cash so I wasn't too concern with the additional credit card charge.

Yes the sales guy was commenting it was interesting how my rolex is going back to Singapore where it came from. Haha.

Remember to check out Kame Kichi as well. A few shops away from Jack Road on the same level.
