If the package is lost somewhere, claiming insurance will be impossible right? Siam GST is song la anyway.

Juz a update ,

Iwc service centre called yesterday , apparently the dirt in crystal i saw is a "scratch" in the underside of the sapphire crystal... How the **** did it happen seriously ....

First is my dial kana scratch , replaced

Now is crystal scratched , Need to rePlace the whole bloody crystal.....

I wonder wads the next problem...

Don't do that. If you do and it gets lost or damaged in delivery, nothing is paid out to you.

Also ACE does not ship OMEGA and IWC out of the EU anymore, but for other models you can talk to them and they will give you a discount.

Hello everyone, I just bought a $100++ Timex watch and it's acting weird.

The second hand stops at 10 o'clock and quivers while the watch still ticks. Then it gets stuck again at 11 o'clock. After that the second hand resumes moving but completely unaligned with the markings.

I also noticed that the second hand was bent quite badly. Do I have a faulty watch or is the battery just dying?

Looking for your kind advice as this is my first watch purchase in years.
