What is your wrist size???

Sometimes camera angles can make it misleading. With a wrist size, would be easier to judge also. From pictures alone, the 38mm looks better.

6 and 1/8 inch or 15.5 cm. The 42mm indeed has lugs extending out but I like the open heart of the 1969. So it would be wiser to get the 38mm if dont count in the money part? Plainly features and outlook on my wrist?

38mm without a doubt.
Lugs extending out just looks like a boy wearing his father's shirt that is obviously too big.

Chopard happy diamonds dunno still at this price... I'm assuming its beyond 5k now..
4-5k with diamonds a bit difficult for the luxury brands.

Is this 42mm suitable for my wrist
Or this 38mm below will be better?

Both are not my watches. Courtesy of a SGROC bro and Sincere :)

Hi, for omega may I know which type? Preferably with diamonds, cause that's what she hinted earlier. Don't mind increasing budget to $7-8k. Thks

Wow good increase by double your budget, easier to get. But how many diamonds she want?

I think the best way is to go to the shop, tell them your budget and type so that they can show you the watches and easier for you to narrow down.

Get the steel version of the 1969 [which looks a lot nicer than the gold version anyway] and then you will have about enough money to buy both. Problem solved.

You have to base it on your particular circumstances. Do you mix with, or need to impress, people who look closely at what you have on your wrist? If so, are they more likely to take note of the excellence of the watch, or its size?

Case material: Titanium case and steel gadroons.

it is not a stainless steel case with titanium gadroons.

the "steel" in the name refers to the strap. not the watch.

Piaget Luxury Watches and Jewellery - Craftsmanship

quote: "The production of all watch cases – made exclusively of precious metals –, the casing of the watches, the gem-setting and quality control operations are all carried out at Plan-les-Ouates."

piaget is always in precious metals too.

Definition of 'Precious Metals'
A classification of metals that are considered to be rare and/or have a high economic value. The higher relative values of these metals are driven by various factors including their rarity, uses in industrial processes and use as an investment commodity.

Precious metals include, but are not limited to: gold, silver, platinum, iridium, rhodium and palladium.

Precious Metals Definition | Investopedia

Sources: Titanium is the 9th most abundant element in the earth's crust. It is almost always found in igneous rocks. It occurs in rutile, ilmenite, sphene, and many iron ores and titanates. Titanium is found in coal ash, plants, and in the human body. Titanium is found in the sun and in meteorites.

Whilst you are at it, do check on Google to see if als manufactures in titanium.

Perhaps i should have said that ALS is the only manufacture that makes watches only in precious metals instead of ALS doesnt manufacture in SS.

if diamonds is the main thing, then just got for a tiff & co watch. i believe, even if it was a cheap japanese quartz movement inside, doesn't matter already. main thing is the diamond, look of the watch overall and brand.

if omega, i believe the speedmaster has one with diamonds around the bezel. but dont ask me about the diamond quality.. I'm never the bling sort. sorry.
