Waiting for my c60 refund to be back.. den its time to find a new watch again. Dk want get something dressy (SARB065) or sporty (Sumo/Monster). This hobby is dam poisonous and expensive.. few years down the road scarly is considering between tag heuer and omega alr :/

Millionaire also cannot buy rolls royce because the car costs more than 1mil. Unless preowned lah.
Road tax, petrol, maintenance....after buying the car these are recurring costs.

Actually if I own a rolls royce I will get a chauffeur. There is a limit where u can drive your own car - bentley flying spur and rolls royce shld be chauffeured in, IMHO.

And yacht is a long term goal for me lah.

Now mainly is cars, watches and vacation. Change cars every 2yrs on the average and 4 vacations per year. Expensive but the latter creates memories which are priceless

When the first income tax bill comes in, they suddenly discover the joys of a simpler life. That is, they suddenly come to understand why it is that hardly anyone can afford a fancy car anyway.

Yeah I heard abt the income tax in oz and nz. 40+% is ridiculous.

Hardly spend on other stuff anyway. If i ever move to oz or nz u can be sure a ferrari is definitely on my to-buy list. Just a hobby anyway.

Having said that, i wun migrate just for cheaper cars.

Pls i have a fren who own 7 cars all supercars.
Another one stays at sentosa.
My ex neighbour owns 5 cars and cheapest is a GTR.
My current neighbour owns a gallardo.

U see me good i see u good. Ownself happy can already.

Some also collect watches, some dont. More impressive is the money they donate to charity and its not for income tax rebates. One of them even go to houses regularly to do cleaning for the poor and needy.

Sadly, by the time I can afford it most likely its going to be discontinued already. Sumo like also going to be gone soon, hais. So many seiko watches I wanna get. Eyeing on the red tooth monster too
