anyone knws if omega does verification if wanna purchase 2nd hand?

All they will do is key in the serial number of the watch into their system, if it shows up then it's omega lor. They will try to discourage u from opening up the watch to check the movement number as it will allow dust in, compromise water resistance etc.

My bronze watch. Sometimes it good to give the micro brand a try.
Hehe your watch is not cheap la... For microbrand I won't want to pay more than 1200 or so max

@ elshan

my two cents
- i like your case design. very unique.
- you might want to consider sizes of 42 or less? for asian markets that is.
- i like the textured black dial of design 1. goes well with the bronze. but dont really like coin edge bezel. if it's smooth would go well with the overall case's 'flowy' feel

I always support MIS(made in SG) or SG brand watches

for bronze watch... will the bronze faint if come into contact with perfume, sweat or water?

been looking for a diver-like watch as a casual or weekend watch

Yeah most dive watches go well with leather straps as well, lends it a more dressy look. BUT my main gripe is wear and tear on leather straps is fierce and haven't found a truly water resistant or water proof leather strap that i an swim or shower in...

Nice! I decided to go with this brown strap instead of the usual black strap option. "Matches" my 351 too.

I also have a Gunny distressed black leather strap for this but I don't seem to have taken any photo of that combo! :s11:

International forum better

International market aside, azimuth, edypoi, reedsco and 25 hours have a crucial reliance on the local market.

Azimuth first batch of bombardiers to "test water" were sold to locals. Not to mention that limited editions were created with singaporeans in mind.

25 hours and edypoi are sold exclusively in sg.

Reedsco do have a local following, even though it relies more on international sales.

If key feedback is anything, local watch forums must be consulted
