Hi guys, I have a leather watch. As you all know, after prolong usage of leather watch, the leather tends to turn 'smelly' .

Can I bring the watch to any normal watch shop to ask them 'wash' or polish up for me ?

Anyone know the damage ?

Change new leather strap? Leather not really suitable for a country like Singapore.

GMT watch

Hey guys, I may be in the market for a GMT watch if I can find the right one. The right one will be:

1. suitable for office use, business meetings etc
2. inconspicuous as I travel regularly to developing countries where flashy stuff may attract trouble
3. must have see thru case back
4. mechanical
5. must not look like a Rolex and not with wide bezel
6. must be available in stores here
7. price around $3000

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Hmm I was looking for a GMT watch on around the same budget too. I think best bang for the buck would be a Ball GMT Magnate, unique looks, good wrist presence, chronometer movement and around 3.15k. Second choice would be Longines Conquest GMT, nice classy looking and only around 1.95k. Third choice would be Hamilton Traveller GMT, dressy watch and also below 2k. Fourth choice Montblanc time walker GMT, classy good looks but around 3.75k not the best value for money IMO.

Hour glass is the only local AD that carries Sinn.
