Nomos. Just because it is nicer :)... but Grand Seiko is not bad too... but not on that design imo.

which 1 if u have to choose between these 2? The El Primero is the 38mm version, the pilot is 40mm.

Wow, thanks for the many suggestions folks. I've checked out online all your suggestions. Two caught my eyes:

Oris Artelier Worldtimer - most functional as it shows two time zones on two dials - very good, but design is a bit ...... :sad:

Longines Conquest GMT with blue dial - looks great, nice lume, very legible.

Actually, the best marriage of design and functionality I have found is the Ulysee Nardin GMT. Tried it out. Very easy to use, looks good but the price is ...........:eek:

Guess I'll research more and see what offers come up. Thanks again!

UN is not cheap. Their Freak is in the region of 6 digit....................:s22:

zenith, there are some people who don't like the overlapped chrono sub dials. i didn't notice it at the start too


pilot is screams much louder than the 38 chrono, do note that lol.

the pilot feels a bit russian to me, though i prefer its 40mm size.

Anyone knows what's the discount range like for Zenith locally?

Yup i tried on the silver and blue dial Longines Conquest GMT at a boutique and the blue is really very beautiful, the dial is a very nice shade of blue, makes a very reasonably priced watch look much classier. I have also tried on the Oris Artelier at Dickson, I don't quire like it, overall i find the design of the Artelier very "meh" and i prefer a GMT hand rather than another dial

If you like dual time watch with another dial, you should consider the Maurice Lacroix Pontos Decentrique GMT, a really beautiful design with a very nice day-night execution and second dial for 2nd time zone. Pretty high retail but also can get deep discount even from their boutique.

Yeah ... if I do want a diver, the UN Marine or Maxi Marine will be in the shortlist (prefer uncommon brands). But the local prices are crazily high compared to online. I want to be able to touch,feel, try the exact piece I will buy and can't do that when buying online.
