Riding on kfc wave elsewhere, its like original recipe and crispy etc. To some it's strictly original recipe only. at least for me, must maintain the rectangular shape...

eh the squadra is also rectangular... don't laugh at bui bui in the reverso family pls :vijayadmin:

Now you all are making me wonder if my next target to get explorer 2 is going to fit my wrist.

When I bought my PO, I had to add half a link....

I say stick to the bracelet. the leather makes it look way too busy with black, steel, gold, white.....unless it's a light brown strap then maybe better?

Hahaha!

Actually, I am trying to track down a Pam 341 (60mm) for my Dad to try it on, till I saw the price of US$35k.

A 47mm looks really puny on his huge wrist...

there's always the 55mm b-uhr flieger Type A observation watch.

:D

I love the Reverso Squada but I just can't seem to wear it. Due to the rectangular nature of the watch, it just does not sit well on my puny 6.25" wrist.

Haiz, back to the watch safe it goes. :(

Sell lor, replace with a pam. :lick:

Thanks everyone who chipped in. Looks like no 47mm no talk for PAMs! The replies also allude to 1 main theme prevalent in luxury watch marketing which is the selling of history and heritage.

Thought 47 is original size and the grail PAMs quoted mostly are that size? But ya, fully understandable they need to have a variety of sizes to suit diff people.

Yah it was the original size, but it has more or less been accepted that a 44mm is the way to go.

Besides, 47mm can be overwhelming for majority of wrists. I know many say that the case shape for pam 372 is such that it looks more flattering on smaller wrists as compared to previous 47mm.

But I see already all i can say is some of them really deluding themselves. Lugs already overhang so much still say look good. Might as well strap on an alarm clock.

Actually, I find that the 372 is too big for me but I can wear the Pam 389, which is also a 47mm.

I believe that the casing design also plays a big part. The 372 is on the classic Luminor casing so it is a bit thin as compared to a Pam Sub, which has a thicker casing, so easier to wear on a smaller wrist.
