Rosegold...Light in the room didn't make it seem as pink as it should have.

Here's another picture of it taken earlier in the day.

Not an atas brand, but somehow Rolex has its charm I suppose.

Ok thanks. The rose gold colour not showing up in my picture. Very nice. I prefer on black leather strap though, abit too bling rose case + rose bracelet

The 116515 is really nice, but tthe rose gold for what Rolex uses looks a tad more subtle than what the other brands use. A lot more reddish due to the amount of copper they include inside to create the "everose" gold.

I am in the midst of negotiating a sky dweller though. That would be on leather strap.

This shot brings out the colour better. V nice couple pair of rolexes. Rolex is as atas as the level of bling u want to go up to. Ur level is certainly not low la.. Heh

M more a sports rolex person, more specifically the older models. But don't feel ready to venture vintage yet. But maybe get a birth year rolex if the right one appears

My daily beaters

Unlike Triste, your daily beaters are rather interesting. The jump from Cartier Santos to PP Nautilus Moonphase is simply too alarming. That's like a windfall or something.

Rolex to most is a common and "uncle" brand I guess or even a GCP magnet (jwee85 ), but we acquired these two pairs because we really enjoy the brand's history and the modern iterations have proven to be well quite....classic in our books.

Definitely not as atas as some of the brands showcased here.

Lets say I kind of reached midlife crisis and started spending. Was actually all ready for a full gold GMT but our usual sales suggested "why not a PP?" And the nautilus price isn't that far away.

It is, I was comparing the 5980R vs the Skydweller... Perhaps the PP for another time

i dont really appreciate the rolexes but somehow yours make quite a fetching pair..

I'm sure not many people will like it, it IS a pretty common brand to begin with, but seeing her happy and excited over it...

It's all that matters.

Already thinking of an AP since 1999 but really too expensive for me.

Now still aiming for one.
