I've always been hesitant to step into AP boutique but might try after reading their friendliness towards you. Want to check out the ROs.

Went in with my wife. They very friendly towards my wife wearing Rolex but totally ignore me with my seiko. Wife then told them it is me who are interested in seeing the watches then one of them came over to attend me..

because they assume your wife is the one who will buy watches. Most men I know hardly spend much on watches - a $200 G shock will tell time, why need Rolex? is what I often hear.

Never really had bad experience of being judged by attire at watch shop. (I dress quite slack casually) Most of the time i prefer browse on my own n if i need help i would approach a staff. Usually they are helpful even if attitude may not be the best of.

I'm also into these 2 watches lately. tried both ytd. the pepsi bezel looks better. since you own a sub, (presume its the black) might as well get the pepsi. I like it on jubilee bracelet compared to the rubber.

Maybe we can go get it together, ask for better discount ;)

The J variant shown is actually nicer, with a better lume. Its very obvious when you put the K n J variant together.

After Palladium askec for help to find his seiko yesterday, kept thinking of the dive seiko that i always wanted to get as a kid but then "moved in".. May just go for it now, many years later... haha.

Guys, which one do u prefer?

Crazy sale also poor thing la.

Cos they have to return the roads by 6am or so.
About 2am the tentage pple will come and dismantle. They will kpkb and charge the store owner their deposit if have things left to clear away.
Thats wat i heard

So unless you wanna bring back the remaining stocks (if have warehouse)
else you have to flash sale. Else will dump at garden brdige that side for pple to take FOC. So pple will just vacate their stall and let pple take all they want.

Was at the bank and the greeter asked if my watch is a perpetual calendar. He was on a pam. Dunno which model.

Told him no lah. Cannot afford to buy a perpetual calendar. Then we chatted while I wait.

Nice to meet another watch lover :)

How's the patina coming along? I want to pull the trigger but I like it when it's new and not when it's patina-ed.
