Typical services will take 3-4 weeks. Better to call them up and check for yourself.

Hahaha.. I bought my wife a Cartier automatic and she complains why also no battery.. Unless the lady knows how to appreciate watch, quartz better. lol

Yap... My wife has a Rolex, a Tag (Quartz), a couple of Baby Gs and some fashion quartz watches. She doesn't really bother about the watches. She prefers bags!!! Luckily, bags are generally cheaper than watches.
