Hi bros,

Do you know where can I get one of these? And do you all know when will it begin to retail in Singapore?

What u guys think of AP diver in rubber/steel?
It is the cheapest ROO model available.

Or shd aim for a basic ROC?

Or shd I top up a few K more for PANDA, safari or black theme?

U prefer sporty or classy watches? No point getting the diver just cause its the cheapest if u dun like it. The ss diver was a deal breaker for me cos it was just too heavy for my liking. Got a fc diver in the end.

I have been seeing a lot of ppl talk abt this swatch. May i know whats so special about it...?

A new mass production manufacturing process for mechanical movements with 51 parts mounted with one screw, laser regulated, self lubricating, sealed into the case, no need for and cannot be serviced. 90 hours power reserve, accuracy claimed to be+/-5s per day and typical funky swatch design. Priced at 150CHF or about 220SGD.

For me it's keeping time at +3s per day when worn during the day and kept in box at night. Power reserve wise it's been off my wrist and sitting in my watch box for 2.5 days..still observing when it will stop.

supposedly fully machine made & assembled from end-to-end with nil human touch and a power reserve of 90 hrs.

the ticking is supposedly loud.

supposedly because haven't rubba rubba it in the plastic yet.

imo, the dial is an epileptic seizure trigger and a real pain & strain on the eyes.

powerful marketing hype is powerful.

Similar to my old one but mine had diamond markers.....didnt like the batons. What drew me to this watch were the gold rings subdials :) absolutely love them.

chio ****.. i just check out at airport transit rolex, a good 20 grand. anywhere selling cheaper? making full payment.

Heh true, marketing is important, would anyone buy any of the luxury watch brands if not for the power marketing behind the product? Having said that hype will need to be backed up by a decent product. And for me the Sistem 51 has proven to be accurate as claimed, dial is busy but still legible.IMHO, the movement is better in terms of accuracy compared to comparable every level movement by Seiko, orient and even selita.

ah... the luxury of being able to fly last minute, anytime, anywhere with just a passport, skipping the queues and the dreaded luggage conveyor belt. :s12:

just to check on something:

my old timex spoilt so i intended to change to a basic g-shock
originally wanted to buy from mustafa, one of the models was priced at around 80 bucks during the 2nd half of 2013 (sept, oct, nov, dec)

finally got around to eventually going to buy from mustafa, i went there on monday/tuesday (27th,28th jan 2014) then saw that the price suddenly inflated by 50%, from 80 bucks to $120+ :vijayadmin::alien:

is this a part of CNY price inflation?? lol
any feedback welcome thnx in advc~

Price premium for watch over CNY sounds ridiculous. U can get ur answer by going bk mustafa to check out the price again fr tmr onwards.
