I have a Sinn 556A and looking to change the strap to a leather one.

Went to THG and was told they need to order and wait for some time. Any recommended place to change the strap on the spot?

Japan is still cheaper.
¥í¥ì¥Ã¥¯¥¹ ¥³¥¹¥â¥°¥é¥Õ¥Ç¥¤¥È¥Ê[116523] ROLEX | ¥á¥ó¥º ¿·ÉÊÏÓ»þ·×

Using exchange rate of 80 as of this morning, its about $16,100.
I did not factor in the 5% tax rebate as credit card rates could offset it.

Wah the explorer 1 is only 6k at kame kichi.....
I better make some time there for my march trip!!!

song dah.. no wonder i keep hearing buy rolex from japan is cheaper. maybe a better deal could be buy promo air tix to japan for holiday and buy the watch there. the saving for "free" trip lodging plus meals and prolly light shopping.. :s13:

Ya i rem i have flown on northwest to japan for slightly below $700 before.
Stayed in some cui hotel only $100/night for double room, tatami w futon and ensuite bath/toilet. Walking distance to sensoji/tsukuba line asakusa station.

Cant rem how much was the keisei skyliner w 2D metro package but it was worth it. Maybe $50 to and fro airport?

Eat at ichiran or tenya, abt 1000yen per meal, walk ard maybe spend 2 nights there. Just nice haha.

Not a bad idea eh.

Jackroad sells grey sets...Price in red is Jackroad's grey set price (around 15k). Retail price of Japan local AD set is in smaller font black on top (around 20k).

what i meant was to buy air tix to TW but watches buy at changi airport. when at TW, can flash the rolex and the TWMM might flash their boobs back at me. :D

chrono function will come in useful to measure stamina. LOL..

lately have been eyeing the DeepQuest, and one of the AD quoted me about 4.1 after discount...reasonable?

Funny but makes no sense to do that. Buying a Rolex from Changi airport isnt cheap either. :(

Took a look at Jack Road's prices. For some models, its very competitively priced. However, there are some models which are very pricey. As an eg, take a look at the green Sub LV 116610LV. Its priced above retail!!! In addition, its a grey dealer. Still can't beat prices in Italy from AUTHORISED DEALERS.

25% off seems like the typical discount given for ADs here.

If u want a better deal, make a trip to HK! ;)

Kame-Kichi has better prices compared to Jackroad to be honest, plus they take really good care of their watches.
