$15M..................................

Now the question is he will be damn busy maintaining his watches..........................:s13:

skarly he's a grey dealer and flips them all the time :s13:

I just counted the value of our watches at home. Throw in all the G shocks and swatch.... I need to 150-fold increase my collection to match his value :s22:

Took me 10yrs to collect mine - I have to live another 1500 yrs...? :s13:

Thanks for replying! My skin tone is a little tanned, and to be honest, i like a white faced with black strap. Unfortunately they don't have that variant..

White and black sounds like a good choice. Black and black too.
Yes this is kinda difficult lol

White face brown strap is nice as well; u can always swap out the strap at those neighbourhood watch shops if its not a complicated strap. I do that for some of our watches because the original ones are darn expensive. For those neighbourhood shops, $20 also can do.

HAHA. Damn difficult to make up mind my mind. Oh, 20$ is damn affordable. Perhaps I shall do that! Thanks! :)

Don't see many vintage lovers on this forum.. at least not those who post

the popularity of classic/vintage design is already apparent with the popularity of models that draw from the past eg. tissot visodate, tudor black bay, pam, hamilton intramatic, ap ro, pp nautilus, blancpain fifty fathoms/seiko fifty five fathoms, jlc reverso, etc

I meant real vintage pieces fr 80s n earlier.

There are many around, probably not in this thread though. The issues that accompany vintages are enough to deter and turn away many watch lovers. Just the navigation of the shark infested market of fakes/frankens/serviced parts when buying is a chore itself. Takes a person with real passion to venture into the vintage segment. The hunt can be a pleasure as well a pain. You can either be richly rewarded or severely burned.

It doesn't help that we lack skilled watch masters who can service and clean vintage movements and parts both locally or around the region. Not many whom I know of any ways.

Personally, while vintage rolexes are on my radar, I am more inclined and currently on the look out for vintage Seiko divers. Nice design, more affordable, readily serviceable by some locally and it takes a WIS to recognize one. Seiko 62mas anyone? :D

hmmm... i rather go for the newer offerings, not so much for the maxi dial or supersized case, but more for the superior parachrome spring and excellent bracelet that finally (!) matches the watch in terms of quality.

the older bracelet just feels cheap and nasty - like some stamped metal afterthought.

While I love my 114060, I have to admit I still have a fondness for the last gen of subs. The overall aesthetics just appeals to me that bit more.

Bencoolen shops like 3D trading or Wins or Mustafa. I can't say for sure but they may be slightly cheaper than city chain?

Hi guys

I'm trying to get my hands on the following 2 Casio watches -

Model No. GWA110-1A3
gwa1100-6.jpg%3Fw%3D640

Model No. MTGS1030BD
MTG-S1030BD-1A.jpg

I know the Casio Boutiques sell them but you can't get any discounts there. I have tried my usual shop at Bras Basah but have been told these are exclusive models to the boutique.

Anyone knows of any other places I can get them?

Thanks in advance!
