Is it for yourself or htb? It's quite bulky if you ask me... heavy and a bit thick. But looks good nonetheless... love the burgundy bezel and black dial combi and of course, the snow flake hands

Already gotten HTB a vintage rolex because my parents are chipping in I thought maybe I can look into a watch myself. Tried looking for it in A.D but couldn't find it to try. I really like how it looks but since you said its heavy and thick...might not be suitable for a lady's wrist? My wrist pretty small actually.

yeah i know u got a vintage rolex for your htb and swapped out for a leather strap, but i thought you're getting another one for him... sorry didn't follow your earlier posts

Yeah that was precisely my problem... small wrists (ard 6" - 6.25"), so my issue with the Black Bay is that the all the links are removed until they cannot be removed anymore, and the end result is that the watch is very unbalanced, making it uncomfortable to wear after a while. So the disappointed-me actually brought it to RSC and they said would check for me if one of the links could be forcefully broken In the end they also said it cannot be done and i had to live with it...

So after struggling for a while.. i decided to sell it off as it really doesn't fit my wrist, it actually looks weird with a lot of space on one side and tight on the other

You really need to try it on and see for yourself, if possible.

My wrist also very small considering I am 185 =( not too sure how sub will feel like on my wrist if a couple of links are removed...

I dont mind LNIB or worn but good condition...looking at the below 4 grand definitely. Like mid 3 or so.

for a 5.5" wrist, the black bay will just slide down your wrist due to the weight of the watch, and you'll then be wearing it loosely, and that is a no-no for me. Strange but I don't have such problem with my omegas or rolex. Don't know why the black bay isn't designed for smaller wrists

A leather/nato strap will definitely work better in this case, and they are customizable too

How small is ur wrist? I don't have this issue on my gmt2c so i believe the sub should be fine as well.. especially when they have the glidelock clasp. On my gmt2c is the easylink clasp.

After hearing Oceania feedback a little worried about the size, I think better try out at A.D first if not waste the seller's time also.
Or can consider other choices if size not suitable...

Some other people have 6.75 but their wrist is flatter so they can carry off bigger watches. Similarly those with a 6.75 rounded wrist can't take as big a watch as I can.

Width is the part whereby the watch lies on right? Around 1.7 ,1.8" I think

My wrist only 6 inch... thats why big watches look weird on me...
Thats why i might take out the metal bracelet and swap with leather strap or nato on my future sub...

Cant really find another tall guy with small wrist like mine =(
