We should:)

Huge fan of whiskies. I don't mind a whisky gathering with cigars and watches. And no ice balls or ice. Appreciate the whisky with a drop of water or two or neat.

Here's my dram for tonight. Decided on the daily beater and a little more peaty.

And part of my whisky collection, cross-posted. The gem of my collection is the Thosop bottling. 40 year old whisky for the win.

I have this 1 month old Tag Heuer Carrera, calibre 5 and it runs fast daily.

There are couples of occasions when I set the time in the morning and I check it in the evening, it is about 5 seconds fast. The watch is resting dial up overnight and the next morning, it is running close at about 8 - 10 seconds faster.

Just wondering if this is normal for a non CSOC certified watch?

Normal, and it is not whether COSC certified or not. COSC certification does not reflect the capability of the watch towards accuracy, just what it was adjusted to when you buy it. Prob can regulated to better accuracy, at a price. My calibre 5 has similar accuracy....heng suay one. Just adjust down 1 min every week lor.

Thanks for the reply.

Just curious about my watch performance and since this is my only Tag, I am not exactly sure of the normal range of loss/gain per day.

Hence, I was pondering about bringing to the service centre to be regulated for an improved accuracy.
