Get good ones lah! I use MBS ones only because I get them free... Toothpicks are easily available as compared to bringing out & losing your Panerai tool!

Been changing straps regularly using them! I would soften the sharp ends a bit by knocking them against a hard surface before using it on my Pam.

Most of these individual strapmakers are more than happy to reduce a bit, if you buy more than one!

Even if there are no savings on the straps & buckles, you can save on the shipping costs, which will cost between USD10-20!

Brown vintage has endless choices, only thing is it's not so suited for office wear IMO.

If I'm getting another strap I'm eyeing a full grain strap or the Horween leather straps. Apparently these straps can last a lifetime.

I can't say how good a Horween leather watch strap will be but I can attest to Horween's top grade shell cordovan. For those who likes a shiny finish, do consider it. I'm no Pam or strap expert, just an overzealous guy for cordovans.

I have seen this old lady at orchard road outside MG before....... after a dinner with some clients and walking to somerset MRT station. I was very very tired and didn't stop to buy anything but I kept turning back to look at her.......and I must say it is one of the regrets I have, not buying anything from her that night.

I am glad there are other kind souls in this world who cared enough. And I hope she is at a better place now.

Yes, I did know this old aunt. My wife and I stopped and purchased something, I can't remember what it was, 2-3 years ago. We were wondering who would want to buy the things that she was selling but we were more than happy to buy anything, hoping that she could sell off whatever she could and get away from the hot sun! Wife even bought 4D tickets from her on other occasions that she went shopping nearby. Stopped to chat a bit and we went on our way.

Can you tell me more about your experience? How many years it's lasted, got pic ? I'm actually thinking of a shiny finish because titanium has a dull grey and I think a shiny finish might do good.
