the past few meet-ups, some guys will stay all the way till dinner and then go for a few drinks

I personally find it as a nice balance... Sat afternoon meet up with people who love watches...
then sat night and the whole sunday company wife and family =)

Pam 392 uses 22 mm straps - you're fortunate as Hirsch will have plenty of options in 22 mm size. dark blue is an unusual colour though.

Their outlet at wisma used to have plenty of Hirsch straps, can try looking there! I bought 2 22mm straps there 2 years ago.

I went to check out their watch straps already and all they have are "Long" length size, i.e. 120mm/80mm...

I measured the original strap that is on my 392 is 110mm / 70mm, which I googled and this is "Small" size...

Now, I am actually looking for the strap for my wife and the original strap cannot fit even on the last hole...as a matter of fact, even if we push and try to punch another hole, it still wun fit!

So I think only the size that should fit for her is the "XS" size, which is 105mm / 65mm...and here is the challenge - where can I find it???

Simply have one custom made for you.

Locally you have JNS (Far East), Mr Soh of Woodlands 310 (Orchard Central), ten10 over at SGROC...just to name a few.

Otherwise, there is no shortage of strap makers globally who are usually great at responding to your requests.
