Any recommendations for watch winders?
Looking at Wolf Design watch winder, any bro have experience with it? Also, is watch winder necessary or is it better to wind the watch when the power reserve runs out?

Actually not really necessary.
Two schools of thought: let it stop and only wind it when u wear it - to prevent wear and tear. Or to keep it running to prevent clumping of the lubricants.

I believe most of us take the first approach.

However, I do keep a few watches running all the time: My wife's datejusts. She finds it a hassle to unscrew the crown and set the date and time when she needs it so I just keep the watches running. Another watch of hers comes with date day month moonphase, so i keep it running to avoid setting them when it stops.

Hope this helps :)
