they are all very nice brands, I'm sure I would have gotten a fair bit of them if I didn't control myself. I keep telling myself not to pull trigger so that the funds can go towards a more expensive watch.

I agree with totally. It will come to a point where one will head towards a certain theme of collection.

I am currently having the urge for vintage seiko. Particularly seiko 6309-7040/9 and 6105-8110.

I dun mind having a few of each. Haha

You mean the skx007 can't use normal springbar tool to change the strap??

For me it doesn't seem to work leh.. Or maybe because I'm too noob. I see Mr Goh like no kick one, just put the tool/screwdriver in, press down a bit and the strap is out.

Haha not sure what strap is that.. It's a Paros that mr Goh recommended. Didn't take too many pictures of it leh

I totally understand. The first time I tried to change straps, I almost gave up.

Just have some patience and try and "feel" the spring bar. You essentially need to try to pry it out of the hole at an angle. So apply some side ways pressure as you compress the spring bar.

Once it pops out at an angle, you're home free. That's the only hard part.

Homage = can be same design but not trying to bluff people..

Fake = highly look alike and out to cheat people..

No money buy real thing is OK, we understand u still love the design of the particular watch that's why u buy a homage.. But in no means trying to cheat people or act rich with it..

Fake on the other hand is trying to bluff people and most of the times or trying to act rich when u r not..

A bit straight forward so we dun go in circle with the discussion..

Really don't understand why that guy keep doing daily post to advertise that he is a dealer for replica watches. Student wanna earn extra $ by risking his future in doing such illegal activities

Haha, yes good point!

I try to keep a finger above it to prevent this. I've never lost a spring bar yet.

But I have to say that using the dual fork tool practically eliminates this problem.

you should try leather... exotic leather in fact.

you can check out ariselc's unique collection of leather watch straps.
iirc He has yellow, blue, green for his Pams.. and it really makes his watch stands out.
