Hi everyone, I am looking for an automatic dress watch with leather strap, budget is about $1k. Any good recommendations other than tissot visodate? Personally I am leaning towards hamilton intra matic 38mm.

Not nightmare lah. Just "liabilities" in terms of work and NS ICT timing clash.

yes very sad to see... many of my camp mates all get gold one can fail IPPT... everyday work until 9pm then 1 weekend and 1 weekday need to burn to do RT.. Lucky i keng to downgrade.

I was doing ok in IPPT till I tore my ligament during sports. There after, down graded and no IPPT. Still did serve ICT.

After all, you will be the owner of this watch. You should buy the watch because you like it and not because of more collectable or worth keeping.

I have 17 watches, and about 50% belongs to Seiko. I bought them because I liked them. In fact, all the watches I have are not much impressive.

Both websites are legit.

In fact, the skywatches has a shop (which I think is at Chinatown?) and some of the members here and at watchuseek have bought from Creation Watches.

Perhaps some other members can give some opinions on them? Since I have not bought anything from them before.

From what I see the price, the difference is only US$3.00 (Both are in US Dollars). So the difference is not much.

Agreed. We should buy what we like. Many said that the IWC's ETAs are not worth buying, but I went ahead cos I like the watch.

The non matching hands and case is making my eye twitch.

My tissot visodate has gained about 1-2 minute faster for every 24 hours. I bought about 1 month ago.
Seems like getting magnetized, because the first was within tolerance (10 seconds a day).

Will it void the warranty if I bring it to K2 to demagnetize it?
Because the Swatch service center only open during weekday until 530 pm. I cannot make it since I always work until quite late during weekday

Heng moi PES C9L2, no need to do IPPT...

Aerolord is (currently) jin fit and xiao on, so no worries. Going to ORD was still running 10K and timing below 50 minutes. Think he shared that recently.
