All are nice. It started out as a chamber work if i'm not wrong. Then again classical version can mean alot of types. Getting abit off topic here.
This reminds me of this watch i saw on youtube, if it played canon instead, i will go insane.

I going there later this afternoon... wanna hoot a ladies watch for my wife and also see see look look some straps for my Tudor DD...
Yeah i reckoned its no point getting the pilot also. Butthe one at JW is such a good deal. Not going, meeting wife for lunch at ION......
That flute player, or flAutist (flutist also can) actually not that amazing. She's probably beginner to intermediate level. From the video thru my iphone shes playing a closed hole flute? Thats for beginners. And her higher notes still have that airy tone. Flutes are supposed to sound.....glassy. Yup I've played the flute for many years.......still play for leisure with some groups but not good enough to be called a professional![]()
And no that is not me in the video LOL
Hey guys...was thinking about the below 2 as I have thin 6-6.5inch wrist. So looking for a 38-42mm watch.
Will go down to gnomon to try but which is better. (I already have my choice in mind but would like to know what you guys think.
How important is the lume in a watch? Marine 38 has no lume at all while laco is full of lum
Laco marine

lume is important to user/owner so you decide.
for example a lot of folks pay good money for a Grand Seiko without lume.
i don't own any but if you asking me to point out the differences
when i think about fliegers i think of laco, they have a long history providing watches to the german luftwaffe (along with lange and stowa; used to love wwii aircrafts as a kid) and to me the laco looks better finished compared to the steinhart.
but no one but a WIS like me would notice the difference - so try it on and see if it "speaks" back to you![]()
omg saw a 2254 sold at 1.5k at JW. lol

Was at cortina while waiting for the missus.
Montblanc perpetual calendar steel around 18k, RG ard 30k. Boutique will get them next month and ADs will get ard sept. May not have discounts. BUT it's 39mm. We tried a few 39mm and agreed its too small on me.
Then he showed me the catalogues and i noticed a lot look like JLC - he told me one JLC fellow went over, dunno boss or what.

Compare...
even though 1-2 yrs ago they recruited JLC's ex-CEO, and acquired an independent watch movement maker...
It will take years for Montblanc to convince me that they can make good dress watches.
As of now, imo, I still see that Montblanc is trying very hard to craft their own identity...
The seagull looks good. Haha need RG in my collection.![]()
There's a Seagull for everything..
That's not a moonphase though. 24hr Sun/Moon indicator..
