Sinn 142 limited Ti GSG9 (German SWAT) version looks like this with the distinctive lemania 5100 (e.g. 24h subdial at 12 o'clock).

the 5100 had a short lived history but was very advanced in its time, having introduced more durable nylon parts in 1978, and became a favourite of a military watches.

Breitling spelled with an "ei" , is a watch maker I respect as one of the few, like Rolex, that remains successfully privately owned, refusing to be bought by the conglomerates like Richemont and LVMH. I feel that gives them an air of individuality. Masculine watches and they now have 2 in-house calibres the B04 and B01 though very similar I believe with just the addition of the GMT....like Panerai's P9000 and P9001. Wish they could be more prolific in manufacturing movements but ...at least they have 2. Cool logo with the wings too.

Thought people like Yatto will,like with the instrument, complicated look .....heh

i really like the bespoke SAS case, vintage inspired look but some very modern looking angles. feels like a 21st Cenutry Panerai in many ways, including sandwich dial, high profile and 24mm straps.

^ I like. Just browsed the website, good read. Good size 44mm. I see some resemblance to Panerai, the sandwich dial, the numerals and the box that comes with screw driver etc. looks like a tough as nails tool watch that will give Luminox a run for their money...my money is not with Luminox in this case. Great depth rating too. Nice chunky wide-teethed bezel.

Breitling has some nice designs. Taste a little rugged for me. But good traditional independent Swiss watch maker in my opinion.

Sicura vintage divers are also known as pre-Breitling are quite nice too:

Owner of a BR123 officer here...agree for its price range, u can get something better...

When I bought it, it was very much the appeal that I was focused on, not much of value for money...

But to each his own, I suppose...

Anything you would recommend? I like the design/style of the BR 123.

Seiko' a good watch definitely but I'm hoping to get something else for now haha
