chrono24 is just a marketplace that aggregates individual sellers/shops.

so like ebay - up to you to assess seller rep, and any issue is between buyer and seller, not chrono24.

i have enquired with a few of them before and for those I've contacted I've asked for more pictures, or a link to the real store etc, just to ensure that the email address and URL are consistent.

for what its worth ebay's paypal guarantee is very good. i was scammed of a USD3K purchase, only able to report after a month when item was delivered, ebay refunded within a week of my complaint.

bank transfers have no recourse.

Not identical... in a blind test, the bezel is a dead giveaway. The missing crown guard as well.
