if you are a typical average Singaporean male that just finish your studies/army you should save your money for what you need at this stage and less on luxury wants.

If you have rich family background or you struck a fortune from whatever it is then you won't have to worry which brand to get since you can probably easily able to afford both.

A Seiko or an Orient, both Japanese movements. Build to last and withstand your everyday abuse.

What's wrong with considering Rolex at 23? I think it's perfectly fine. Maybe that's because I am aiming for one too?
